Sad News

It is with Great Sadness that I have to share the news that Eileen Dobson, Owner of this Challenge Blog passed away this morning.

Eileen Put up a Brave Fight for the last few months and to say that we will miss her is an understatement.

Our Thoughts and Prayers are with her Family at this difficult time.

I made a promise to Eileen that I would keep her Challenge Blogs going so as of now I will be taking over the running of this blog although this will Always remain Eileen's Challenge.

R.I.P. Eileen, we are Honoured to have been able to call you our friend as well as our Team Leader.

Hi, I'm Claire and I love to cross stitch! I have been married for 12 years and have a 8 year old son and a cat who is not helpful when it comes to crafting!  My husband makes model kits so we are often to be found in craft shops getting bits for our hobbies.  My friend introduced me to the world of blogging just over a year ago and suggested that I could enter my cross stitched cards into challenges. I then started to colour digi stamps with Promarkers which is great fun.  If only there were more hours in the day to craft!

 I am Vannessa and live in Peterborough in the UK with my partner and our spoilt 5 year old kitty, Tallulah. During the week, I am a very busy primary school teacher, with a class of 30 very lively 7 & 8 year old kids. I love teaching and the fun we have (but not the paperwork so much!). At the weekends, I am an avid crafter and love to colour the days away to relieve all the stresses of the week. I love colouring cute images and most of my cards tend to be full of layers, ribbon and pretty die cuts. I have a bit of an addiction to both ribbon and dies!
